1. Terms & Conditions
   a)The Visa Globetrotter Easy Cashback program is a Steward Bank Visa Globetrotter card based Promotion organised by Steward Bank and VISA.
   b)The Program will be run on Steward Bank’s official Facebook, Twitter pages, Newspaper and radio.
   c)By entering this program, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   d)The program will run for a period of 3 months from 01 December 2022 to 28 February 2023 after which review will be done.
   e)The minimum transaction amount to be eligible for the cashback program is USD200 per month.
   f)Cash withdrawal and card reload transactions do not qualify for the cashback loyalty program.
   g)The cashback amount payable is 0.2% of total amount transacted with a maximum of US10.00 per month per card.
   h)The cashback amount will be credited on customer’s card on or by the 15th of the following month.

2. Mechanics – Terms and Conditions

2. Steward Bank reserves the right, at its discretion and without notice, to extend, alter and/or cancel the program at any time. Steward Bank’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the program will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Steward Bank is not responsible for inaccurate card details supplied to any entrant or by any third party connected with this promotion.
4. The cashback amount is as stated and will be deposited into the VISA Card utilised to carry out the qualifying transactions. The cashback is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services.
5. The card holder’s consent will be sought to allow the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material for this program, as well as their entry.
6. Steward Bank has the right to disqualify participants if it believes that the participants are not acting in conformity with the Terms and Conditions herein (and the terms and conditions of the VISA card) or if the participant is otherwise fraudulently accessing the program or unfairly influencing the course of the program.
7. The program and these terms and conditions will be governed by Zimbabwean law.
8. These terms and conditions, represent the entire agreement between the Bank and participants in relation to the Visa Easy Cashback program and the prizes to be won. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the terms and conditions does not affect the remainder of these terms and conditions, which will remain in full force and effect. These terms and conditions do not create any right or benefit enforceable by any third party.
9. Who is eligible to enter the promotion?
   Any person who has a valid Steward Bank issued Visa Globetrotter card and has transacted according to the aforementioned terms.
10. Exclusions
    Corporate Visa Card holders do not qualify for this program.

11. Cards will be auto-credited after auto-calculating the cumulative transaction amount for the month through a system developed by VISA.
