Customers can choose which type of transactions they want to be alerted of:
- Debits only;
- Credits Only or
- Both Credits and Debits
E-Statements
- Customer receives accounts statement on their email
- Can have more than one recipient
- Can choose frequency as Daily, weekly and monthly
SMS and Email Alerts
- Customer Receives SMS or email each time a transaction occurs on their account
- Alert has details of transactions
- Customers choose the trigger amount of the Alert. Alert is only sent when the value of transaction equals or exceeds the trigger amount
