  2. The Promotion will be run on Steward Bank’s official Facebook, X and Instagram pages, plus radio.
  3. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. This promotion is only open to individual customers.
  4. The campaign will run from the 9th of April to the 30th of April.

  1. The promotion is set to commence on the 1st of July 2024 to the 30th of September 2024 and will run for 12 weeks.

  3. Any Steward Bank Customer with an FCA account is eligible to participate in the promotion by purchasing Econet USD airtime on the Platforms.
  4. Participating customers with airtime purchase transactions will be credited with the 5% discount on the purchase amount into their FCA accounts at a rate of T+1 on every business day.
  5. The Bank will use the previous day’s daily Econet airtime purchase reports to prepare a schedule and journal to remit discounts to customers who would have participated in the promotion.
  6. Participating Customers agree for the Bank to approach Econet for the data required to meet the objects or for the purposes of the competition.
  7. Steward Bank reserves the right, at its discretion and without notice, to extend, alter and/or cancel the Promotion at any time. Steward Bank’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Steward Bank has the right to disqualify participants if there is a belief that the participants are not acting in conformity with the Terms and Conditions herein and or if the participants are otherwise fraudulently accessing the promotion or unfairly influencing the course of the promotion.

Participation in this Promotion is free with no Promotional costs incurred.

Participants may enter as many times as they wish. Entry validation will be verified by accessing the Participant’s transaction information through the Visa database.

  • The proposed participating banks for this Promotion are NMB Bank, BancABC, CABS, Stanbic Bank, Standard Chartered, Steward Bank, ZB Bank, CBZ Bank, EcoBank, First Capital Bank, Nedbank. Each bank will provide their list of eligible customers to participate in the competition. The list will be submitted to The Dialogue Group to be entered into a draw. The winners will be selected by a random draw. The Bank/Agency Partner will communicate with the winner and the Agency will coordinate delivery of the prizes.
  • The promotion is to increase sign ups and usage of VISA cards and transactions for VISA clients across commercial banks in Zimbabwe.
  • The main prize winners will be announced on 19 April 2024.

Prize/s

  • Winners will randomly be drawn from a pool of all valid entrants and shall be notified by telephone by the Bank to the phone number registered to the bank.
  • The Prize will be delivered to the Winner upon completion of the winner’s forms, which will be completed via email. Winners will have 48 hours to complete and email back the winner’s form, once they have received it via email. All Prize delivery costs will be borne by VISA.
  • All risk in and to the Prize shall automatically pass onto the Prize Winner immediately upon signing of transfer form of the Visa travel package or other prizes into the winner’s name, where after the Winner shall be solely liable (and responsible) for all kinds of risks associated with ownership of the Prize, including (without limitation) the risk of loss and/or damage to the Prize.
  • The use and enjoyment of the Prize post transfer to the Winner shall be done at the Winner’s instance and peril. VISA shall not be liable for any damages and/or losses sustained (including death), whether due to negligence or howsoever else caused, post registration of transfer into the Winner’s names. 5. Selection of winners

a. To ensure maximum support from the Choppies staff, the promotion will run hand in glove with a cashier incentive initiative where the top performing branch each week will be awarded airtime of US$10 to every cashier and supervisor.

b. The airtime vouchers worth US$10 will be awarded to the branch with the highest number of transactions every week for each of the cashiers and supervisors in the branch.

c. The promotion will run for the whole period of 8 weeks and there will be one grand draw to be held on 04 May 2024 where three (3) lucky winners via raffle will win the following; First Prize - 3KVA Solar System Valued at US$1,800, Second Prize - 65 Inch Smart Curved Television Set valued at US$1,100 and Third Price – US$600 Choppies Grocery Voucher.
