As part of our continued efforts to ensure quality customer service delivery and enhanced customer offerings in line with latest global trends, we would like to advise our valued MasterCard and VISA cardholders that your Bank will be carrying out a Card and Point-Of-Sale (POS) system migration from midnight on Thursday 24th May 2018 until midnight the following day, Friday 25th of May 2018.
As a result, customers will experience disruption during the abovementioned period as ALL Services will not be available on ALL MasterCard and VISA card types.
In preparation for this migration, we will not be processing any MasterCard applications (new or renewal) between 23 April 2018 until 1 June 2018.
We will be working round the clock to ensure minimum disruption during this period and encourage customers to make alternative arrangements prior to the aforementioned period for their convenience. Please note, the system migration will not affect Zimswitch transactions, these will continue to be processed without disruption.
