Our valued customers can choose from a number of different mediums to get up to date information on any transactions that may occur on their account

 Customers can choose which type of transactions they want to be alerted of:

    • Debits only;
    • Credits Only or
    • Both Credits and Debits

E-Statements

    • Customer receives accounts statement on  their email
    • Can have more than one recipient
    • Can choose frequency as Daily, weekly and monthly

SMS and Email Alerts

    • Customer Receives SMS or email each time a transaction occurs on their account
    • Alert has details of transactions
    • Customers choose the trigger amount of the Alert. Alert is only sent when the value of transaction equals or exceeds the trigger amount
